Project description

Localised flooding creating concern for some residents with water entering property and flooding vehicle access. Terrain is flat which hinders stormwater runoff.

Installation of Kerb & Gutter and associated pipework is the most feasible option to eliminate the existing drainage issue. The Allnutt St Kerb & Gutter design allows for installation on both sides of the road. Stage 1 is installation of Kerb & Gutter on the northern side only.

Major congestion occurs during PM peak hours. Extra southbound lane through roundabout will assist traffic hour.Adding extra southbound lane North and South of roundabout.Total cost of proposed project is $572,566
