Project description

Roads Condition Assessment indicates minor reseal work to prevent further deterioration in road seal and pavement condition.

Resurface existing road surface and reconstruct pavement layer - Remove 184 sqm concrete pavers and replace with black asphalt DGA 14 - Remove 372 Sqm black Asphalt and replace with DGA 14 - Remove 80 sqm red bike lanes and replace with like for like SMA10 - Remove 70 m flush precast concrete kerbing adjacent to cycle path and concrete pavers - Reconstruct 184 sqm road pavement underneath pavers. Seek design treatment but consider replacing with 50mm black asphalt - Prime the top of the limestone (anionic emulsion). Construct an asphalt levelling/corrector layer using AC10 (if less than 50mm required) or AC14 (if 50mm and more required), followed by two 50mm thick AC14 layers.
