Project description

1. The existing pavement has failed. 2. There is an accident history at the Clarendon Street intersection, but insufficient casualty accidents to make it an eligible site under the Black Spot Program. 3. The existing kerb & channel is in poor condition.

1. The pavement is to be reconstructed. 2. The kerb & channel is to be replaced. 3. Drainage works are to be undertaken. 4. Traffic calming works are to be incorporated at the Clarendon Street intersection by the construction of a Road Safety Platform.

Total cost of proposed project is $500,000
