Project description

Base material of the road has worn down on the exiting surface and re-sheeting. Currently the road is too narrow with water run-off pooling in road verges. Minor realignment and hill reduction to provide more vision for traffic using the road.

Re-sheet 16.1kms of road from the intersection with Kulkawurra Road and heading in a south easterly direction to the intersection with Gino Road. 6m wide with 150mm thick rubble. Construct appropriate drainage on road verge to allow for water run off. Minor realignment and hill reduction on sections of the raod. The road is also a school bus and mail route.

Total cost of proposed project is $584,392
