Project description

Under the South East Queensland City Deal, the Australian Government, Queensland Government, and Brisbane City Council will investigate enhanced modal integration and transport connectivity to and through South Bank. The project will consider active transport and public realm improvements, with a focus on Brisbane’s cultural precinct, with pedestrian upgrades and amenity improvements.

The project is expected to deliver planning and design of future public investments.

Funding

The Australian Government has committed $0.33 million towards this project.
 

Timetable

The delivery schedule will be determined in consultation with Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government.
