Project description

The project will deliver heavy patching, road resealing and rehabilitation (combined with kerb & gutter/drainage upgrades) to Megalong Valley Road and Railway Parade in the Blue Mountains.

This project will improve community access and contribute to safety and efficiency for all road users.

Funding

The Australian Government has committed $12.5 million towards the project.

Timetable

Construction commenced in February 2026 and be completed in late 2026.
