Project description

The existing road pavement is failing in many locations with large deformations, potholes and cracking; the road width is too narrow and shoulders almost non-existent. A culvert needs to be replaced as the existing pipes are coming apart from each other resulting in further failures to the road.

Remove the existing culvert and replace it with new pipes and headwalls; import, spread and compact gravel to for a 9 metre pavement for a 7 metre spray seal with 1 metre unsealed shoulders each side of the road. Place guideposts as required.

Total cost of proposed project is $450,000
