Project description

The project has originated as a result of safety concerns. There have been numerous reports of near misses. The current road condition is considered to be hazardous. Immediate intervention is required to the road to it's appropriate level of service.

The objective of the project is to improve road safety and drainage in the area and reduce/prevent degradation of the pavement resulting from water pooling. The scope also includes the selective renewal of 1515 metres of kerb and channel from Old Mount Samson Road to Hills Road.

Total cost of proposed project is $1,437,000
