Project description

Reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing Beltana Road road pavement, which is suffering from extensive pavement failure, pot holes and subgrade failure. Unexpected subsidence to newly completed works has resulted in lengthy delays. Investigations into the cause of the subsidence has shown that existing compaction in and around previous sewer works is likely the issue. Rectification of these works will require the installation of stormwater lines and a redesign of the proposed design. These delays have pushed the expected completion date out.

Reconstruct to required depth new subgrade and road pavement to entire length of Beltana Road
