Project description

Stormwater drainage. Over time, culverts can deteriorate due to aging, corrosion, or damage from heavy traffic, leading to structural instability that jeopardizes their functionalilty. Culverts can fail if erosion or score undermines their foundations, making them unstable and prone to colapse. Replacing a failed culvert is essentila to ensure the continued safe and efficient conveyance of water and to prevent further damage to the surrounding environment.

Replacement of 16 failed culverts at chainage on Booligal-Gunbar Road from Booligal Hillston Road (Main Road 501), Hay: 2.6, 3.8, 4.3, 5.0, 5.1, 5.3, 5.7, 5.8, 6.2, 6.5, 7.1, 7.6, 8.7, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2 to Mid Western Highway. All works are within the Hay LGA.
