Project description

Durlacher Street bitumen seal has numerous longitudinal and crocodile cracking with evidence of some stripping. Numerous potholes are emerging and infiltration of water is causing damage to the foundational structure within this road segment. kerbs are in an extremely poor condition with multiple cracks and defects. footpath is not suitable for purpose as it has a very poor and uneven surface condition and not wide enough for dual use purposes.

Removal of Kerbs and footpaths. profiling of existing asphalt to facilitate laying of new asphalt. repair of base and subbase if required. reinstatment of kerbs and footpath suitable for duel use. installation of pram ramps as required. laying of new aphalt. installation of new signs and chevrons as required.

Total cost of proposed project is $360,000
