Project description

Homedale avenue provides access for local traffic as well as deliveries for commercials along Concord Rd. Condition of this street has deteriorated recently requiring intervention. The section close to Concord road shows distress indicating underlaying pavement issues.

Deeplift treatment is proposed for the section near Concord Rd to address the pavement issues while rest of the section will be resurfaced to prevent penetration of stormwater runoff through the pavement.

Total cost of proposed project is $86,753
