Project description

Stormwater - stormwater surface collection runs along Powell Tce and currently sits along the stand up kerb and the road surface leaving road seal in failing condition Kerb & Channel - Existing stand up kerb is beyond repair and no current water table exists Pavement and Seal - due to poor slope on road, rainfall sits inside road corridor leaving the road in a poor condition. Existing road seal has completely failed.

Full reconstruction of Powell Terrace for the entirety of its length. This project will include new semi-mountable kerbing, stormwater improvements, pavement stabilisation and a seal designed to support the increasing population in the area. This will then be completed with line marking, new footpaths and street landscaping to beautify the area.

Total cost of proposed project is $738,000
