Project description

The asset has reached end of life. The road surface is very aged with significant crocodile cracking throughout as well as unevenness and minor deformation along the lip of kerb. The kerb and channel and pathways are in poor condition displaying numerous moderate defects throughout. This is a highly trafficked and well utilised location providing access to the Vincent school, pre-school and Cambridge Park.

Hodges Crescent Mill and Replace asphalt surface From Southern intersection of Palmerston Street and Hodges Crescent along Hodges Crescent for 100 metres. Scope has allowed for kerb and channel replacement on both sides (approximately 258m), 50m2 of dig outs at failed pavement areas, as well as 476m2 of pathway replacement including driveway crossovers.
