Project description

The project will deliver planning, technical and cost investigations for transport network improvements in Adelaide's northern growth areas.

Benefits

Ensure existing and future transport infrastructure can be delivered in a timely manner, to ensure communities throughout the northern region are well serviced by essential transport infrastructure.

Funding

The Australian Government has committed $5 million to this project.

Timetable

The project is expected to start in late 2024 and will be completed by mid 2026.

Millie Road (Rural Road) - 059876-15NSW-RTR

The road has a damaged existing gravel driving surface with road base and sub-base deterioration facilitating minor drainage repairs.Initially accomplish minor drainage repairs as needed followed by required base and sub-base layer stabilisation where required. Pavement length 740m and average width 9.20Rehabilitation of the road pavement by heavy patching, profiling and resurfacing the wearing surfacing.
