Project description

Multiple sections have exposed rock and floodways that wash out during rain events, there are several corners with unsuitable cross elevations. This route provides access for the remote communities of Murchison and the Burringurrah Aboriginal Community to the nearest major centre of Geraldton.

Re-sheet with good quality gravel on various sections within the work location that have exposed rock and inadequate formation due to loss of material on the road surface. Several corners need super elevations corrected. Three floodways require cement stabilisation.
