Project description

Reduces issues associated with a road width much greater than the standard, including maintenance cost, excessive traffic speed, pedestrian safety and failed pavement. Poor drainage, failed kerb and gutter and failing road pavement.

- Remove and replace road pavement to a depth 300 mm area 3300 m2 including two coat bitumen seal. - Remove and replace 525 metres kerb gutter - Remove and replace 460 metres footpath 1.5 metres wide - Reconstruct 19 new concrete driveways - Construct two traffic islands - Reconstruct road pavement and kerb gutter - Remove and replace 665 metres existing kerb gutter. - Boxout and replace 300 mm existing pavement including two coat bitumen seal
