Project description

The previous Molong Street bridge did not allow for pedestrians which were often traversing the bridge. The pavement was also failing with remediation works required for a number of years. The recently upgraded bridge has introduced a protected pedestrian walkway with road widening and strengthening works required to better accommodate heavy vehicles, local traffic, and pedestrians/cyclists.

Road widening and strengthening to better accommodate local and heavy traffic as well as pedestrians/cyclists. Council will be funding the $118,000 balance.

Total cost of proposed project is $318,000
