Project description

The road has a heavily cracked sprayed seal, particularly at the cul-de-sac bulb and has pothole repairs.

Total area approx. 1100 m2 30 mm the MRWA approved gap graded asphalt using crumbed rubber as the modifying sealant agent and apply a single spray seal rubber polymer due to heavy cracking and 4 drainage lids to change and raise according to intended profile depth. Funding for the remaining costs is from City of Mandurah works program.
