Project description

About, 384 m long concrete kerb & channel and 1358 sqm of roads are dilapidated condition. The roads have deteriorated over the years and uneven, showing signs of failures. Vehicle crossovers damaged as well as some scraping of road pavement. There is no underground drainage system in Lord Street to drain the stormwater discharge from properties and road surface runoff to underground pits and pipes.

The work involves installing new kerb and channels, reconstructing failed pavement sections, installing underground drains, filling drainage trenches and constructing pavements, providing adequate drainage to the street and asphalt surfacing
