Project description

Condition of the road requires resurfacing/deep lift asphalt treatment.

The road rehabilitation project includes upgrades to the through lanes, roundabout, and parking lanes. Works will involve resurfacing with new asphalt and strengthening the underlying pavement to improve durability and ride quality. Damaged sections of the parking lanes will be rebuilt with a deeper asphalt treatment, and all areas will be sealed to protect the surface and extend the road’s lifespan. The balance of the project cost will be paid by Redland City Council.

Total cost of proposed project is $385,000
