Project description

Poor condition pavement, seal, road beyond maintenance and requires rehabilitation. Improve Drainage issues by renewing Kerb on east side

Full depth Pavement reconstruction with asphalt wearing course, including Kerb and Channel renewal, Kerb laybacks and road widening. The works is being carried out while the subdivision works are being carried out on 89 Ross Watt Road to have a uniform pavement in Swinburne Avenue. Swinburne Avenue is being widened on the west side as part of the subdivision works, and the upgrade in existing road on eastside of Swinburne Avenue is proposed to be funded under Roads to Recovery Program for a uniform pavement.
