Project description

The existing drainage culvert installed is showing sign of age and the concrete start to crumble. The culvert was installed in the late 1930 and is past its useful life and needs to be replaced before it collapses.

It is proposed to remove the existing culvert and replace it with a new structure and new headwalls. backfill the trenches and reinstate the seal on the section of road affected by the work. The work will happen under traffic control to ensure safety of all road users during the work.
