Project description

Road pavement shows significant areas of failure, including potholing and crocodile cracking. High maintenance costs associated with ongoing inspection and repair. Road safety associated with potholed pavement.

Road pavement renewal, including removal and replacement of approx. 5000 sqm of existing failed seal, 150mm of existing pavement and subgrade replacement as required. Supply and place new Class 2 gravel pavement. Prepare and place initial 10mm stone seal and 40mm hotmix final seal. This will be a jointly funded project, with Council providing the balance of funds required upto $300,000 from its approval 2025-26 Capital Road Renewal Budget.

Total cost of proposed project is $500,000
