Project description

Upgrade the intersection to a stop, install street lighting, and seal the unsealed approach. Improve shoulders to 2.5m on curves, install RRPMs, guideposts, barrier lines, profile center lines, curve signs, and road feature signs. Improve alignment, superelevation, and signals, mark edge lines, and install shoulders over 1m on straights. Upgrade to a non-skid surface for wet crashes and add flexible barriers.
