Project description

Currently the southern end of Elliott Road is predominantly sand and in need of a gravel surface to cater for the level of traffic along the road. Heavy rigid truck movements catering for livestock activities using the road. The culvert to the south at SLK 4.46 is too narrow and needs replacing. Frequently becoming washed out in heavy rains.

Vegetation management, renew formation of the road and sheet to 200 mm of gravel. Upgrade the culvert to 8.4m width and install headwalls. Install signs and guideposts.
