Project description

An old timber bridge that is in poor condition. The bridge is becoming structurally unsafe for larger heavy vehicles that need farming/agricultural access. The bridge has a current load limit of 15 Tonne applied in 2022. Work proposed is to replace the current aged and poor condition bridge with a new prefabricated concrete structure. Erosion and sedimentation issues around the bridge approaches will also be addressed during construction.
