The road pavement has deteriorated and shows signs of failure such as depressions, cracking and general roughness. The aged bitumen spray seal requires renewal.The entire section of pavement will be stabilised with a suitable stabilising agent and the road section will be spray sealed.
The existing bridge is a timber bridge 9.3 m long. Major structural components of the bridge have deteriorated to the extent that the bridge requires replacement.The proposed work will replace the existing timber bridge with a concrete bridge.
