The installation of traffic calming devices will reduce, if not eliminate speeding on Ambrose Street. The installation of a 9 metre diameter round'a'bout will ensure the reduction of speed on Ambrose Street. Two speed humps will also be installed 50 metres either side of the crossing.Installation of a raised pedestrian crossing, 4.5 x 9 metres and the installation of two proposed speed humps 50 metres distant from each side of the children's crossing will assist in the elimination of speeding vehicles and reduce, if not eliminate the potential for an accident.
