Bedgerbong Road, Bogan Gate - 135286-25NSW-RTR
Heavy patch sections and reseal.
Gregors Creek Road, Gregors Creek - 135226-25QLD-RTR
2-coat reseal to maintain the road surface condition and prevent any deterioration of the sub pavement below.
Hartog Crescent, Denham - 135283-25WA-RTR
Hartog Crescent is experiencing significant pavement deterioration, including extensive seal stripping and areas of crocodile cracking. The existing kerbing is in very poor condition, with widespread cracking and structural defects, reducing its ability to effectively manage stormwater and protect the pavement edge. The current footpath is constructed of gravel and is not fit for purpose, presenting an uneven and unstable surface that does not meet accessibility or dual use requirements and poses a safety risk to pedestrians and cyclists. The project proposes the removal of the existing gravel footpath and deteriorated kerbing, profiling of the existing pavement, reinstatement of new kerbs, and construction of a compliant dual use footpath. Hartog Crescent will be resealed with asphalt to restore pavement integrity and extend asset life. Road signage will be replaced or upgraded as required to meet current standards.
Clarice Street, Mandurah - 135289-25WA-RTR
Rehabilitation, resurfacing, concrete footpath and traffic calming devices to address root-based damage. The works will raise the road slightly so as to avoid expensive root protection works and root damage.
Pioneer Drive, Roxby Downs Township - 054159-14SA-RTR
Cracks forming and road deterioration with potholes formingPre crack seal followed by resealTotal cost of proposed project is $43,811
Kookaburra Drive, Greenfields - 135287-25WA-RTR
The project involves planned maintenance along a key bus route and adjoining roads, where Kookaburra Drive has experienced significant asphalt cracking. A crumb-rubber modified binder asphalt was selected for its crack-retardation performance, extended pavement life, and environmental benefits through the reuse of recycled tyres. The works cover approximately 7,300?m².
St Annes Terrace, Meadow Springs - 135288-25WA-RTR
The project involves planned maintenance to address worn asphalt and significant cracking across St Annes Terrace and surrounding roads. To minimise crack reflection and avoid the higher costs associated with full asphalt removal and base preparation, a primer seal and crumb-rubber modified binder asphalt were applied. This treatment improves durability against UV exposure and seasonal pavement movement while delivering environmental benefits through the reuse of recycled tyres. The works cover approximately 7,100?m².
Elmore Way, Mandurah - 135208-25WA-RTR
The project involves planned maintenance to address worn asphalt and severe cracking. To extend pavement life and avoid the higher costs of full asphalt removal and base preparation, a crumb-rubber modified binder asphalt was applied over a primer seal. This treatment improves durability against UV exposure and seasonal pavement movement while delivering environmental benefits through the reuse of recycled tyres. The works cover approximately 4,300?m².
Queensberry Street, North Melbourne - 135296-25VIC-RTR
Asphalt Roadway Renewal. Defects include wide ranging cracking (longitudinal, transverse), numerous patches and depressions including the roadway, rutting along wheel paths at approach to intersections and fatigue appearance and pavement failing in sections. Profile: 50 mm (full width) and Resurface: Wearing Course - full width with 50 mm size 10 mm aggregate Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Type V & Type H including Green coloured surface treatment within the bicycle lane on both sides. City of Melbourne Project Reference WKO1190832.
Krummel Road (Rural Road) - 135301-25WA-RTR
The collapsed box culvert is compromising the structural integrity of the road, posing a significant safety risk to road users. Remove and replace the existing box culverts with new precast units, including the construction of new headwalls to restore full functionality and improve long-term durability.
