Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Burwood Road Intersection Upgrades
The project delivered upgrades to the Burwood Road and Auburn Road intersection and Burwood Road and Glenferrie Road intersection in Hawthorn, Victoria.

Delegate Road-MR93 (Rural Road) - 106477-19NSW-RTR
This is the last section of Delegate Road that needs to be sealed between Delegate and the Victorian boarder. The objective is to reduce to risk to local road users, traveling public and local forestry industry, by improving the horizontal and vertical alignment, reducing future pavement failures and increasing the formation width.Widen formation to meet Australian Standards Realign approximately 200m of road Install New Culvert - 750mm Repair existing 450mm Culvert Place 300mm pavement layer Place 10mm Primer seal Place 8m wide seal Line mark to 3.5m lane widthTotal cost of proposed project is $749,975

Koodjee Road, (rural road) - 106480-19WA-RTR
Severe sand holes developing and loss of gravel pavement are the main items being addressed. Drainage will also be upgraded during the formation process.The entire section will be formed and then gravel sheeted 150mm in thickness. The pavement will be water bound and compacted.
Coalara Road, (rural road) - 106481-19WA-RTR
Loss of gravel pavement breaking through causing sand holes. Insufficient capacity of the road side drainage to handle runoff.Form section and improve road side drainage and culverts. Gravel sheet entire section, water bind and compact. Install guide posts and relevant signage.
Delegate Road (MR93) (Rural Road) - 106482-19NSW-RTR
Delegate River Bridge is currently a Single Lane, 4 Span timber Bridge of unknown age. Level 2 condition inspections have identified several defective Elements of the Sub-Structure, along with multiple Elements in the Substructure and the Deck requiring maintenance. A level 3 inspection has reduced the safe Load Limit to 17T The bridge in its current condition is not able to provide the level of service required by the community.All identified maintenance completed and all defective elements are to be replaced and upgraded to provide a Single Lane B-Double HML capacity Bridge.Total cost of proposed project is $690,000
