Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Intermittent flooding issues caused by poor road shape and failed kerbinga full reconstruction of the road pavement and kerbing between Tatiara Rd and Ash Ct, before an Asphalt overlay on the full length of Jennfer Drive to correct the crown shape.Total cost of proposed project is $310,000
Foxwell Road - 111350-20QLD-RTR
Installation of a missing section of dual use path along Foxwell Road between Learning Street and Oakey Creek Road, Coomera. This section of Foxwell Road provides access to the Foxwell State Secondary College which opened its doors to students in 2020, and a shopping centre located on the south-eastern side of Foxwell Road / Oakey Creek Road intersection. Coomera has long been earmarked as a high growth suburb that is currently experiencing population growth of over 10%.Works include construction of a 2.0m wide shared dual use path along the northern side of Foxwell Road in Coomera (length approx. 510m). The new path will connect to the existing path approximately 50m east of the intersection of Oakey Creek Road and Foxwell Road and to the existing path approximately 60m west of the intersection of Learning Street and Foxwell Road. Lighting is to be installed to the same standard of lighting which exists along Foxwell Road to the east and west of the project site.
Duringan Street - 111351-20QLD-RTR
Duringan Street fronts Wallace Nicoll Park. This is one of Gold Coast's most popular family swimming and recreation areas. The is a number of public safety issues in relation to the active transport network. There are also traffic congestion issues that need improving.To improve road congestion, the project aims constructs a right turn lane into the carpark and beach area to the north, installs new pedestrian crossings for safer access to the beach to the north and park and facilities to the south and east west active transport users, provides for an on-road bike lane on both sides of the road, the provision of an improved shared pathway and re line-marking of the existing parking facility.Total cost of proposed project is $1,826,300
Nathan Valley Road, Mount Nathan - 111359-20QLD-RTR
The section of road is narrow and is located on a sharp bend adjacent to an ingress/egress point for emergency vehicles. Nathan Valley Road requires widening to increase road safety at this location.Works proposed include widening of the existing narrow section of road and guardrail installation to improve road safety.
Knox Drive, Woodcroft - 111375-20SA-RTR
aging driveway link traffic calming devicefull reconstruction of this road segment, to correct the shape of the pavement and device. This will ensure this device continues to effectively and safely slow traffic.Total cost of proposed project is $250,000
Old Pacific Highway - 111361-20QLD-RTR
There have been rear end accidents at this location due insufficient room for southbound vehicles to pass vehicles turning right into the Le Mans Kart Racing Complex.The works aim to add a right hand turn lane to improve traffic safety and traffic flow at this location.Total cost of proposed project is $758,100
Fleming Road - (Darwin - Rural Local) - 111376-20NT-RTR
The sections of the road between the proposed location are severely corrugated with exposed natural surface, causing unsafe travel conditions for local community and pastoralists located along the road.Gravel Resheeting selected sections between Chainage 4.02 kilometres to 27.2 kilometres
