Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Mardiwah Loop (Rural Road) - 111925-20WA-RTR
Due to the narrow seal surfacing, there are significant edge breaks along the length of this road. Some of these edge breaks are beginning to encroach into the carriageway causing damage to the sealed pavement from water ingress.Edge patching for the length of this road on both sides.
Beckett St (Rural Road) - 111919-20WA-RTR
Sealed road pavement is failing and losing shape and specific locations. Several road segments have potholes which are accelerating in size and extent. Seal edge is worn and there are edge breaks along the majority of both sides of the road.Edge patching of specific segments of the road. Patching of isolated potholes. Full width reseal for full length of road.
Stan Tremlett Drive (Rural Road) - 111924-20WA-RTR
Sealed road pavement is failing and losing shape in specific locations. Numerous large potholes are within road carriageway. Seal edge is worn and there are edge breaks in this location.Reconstruct sealed pavement and construct new 2-coat seal onto new gravel pavement.
Roberta Avenue (Rural Road) - 111920-20WA-RTR
There are significant seal edge breaks in this segment due to vehicle traffic accessing adjacent premises. The edge breaks are beginning to encroach into the remainder of the sealed pavement.Reconstruct the unsealed shoulders both sides of existing road. Widen sealed pavement to 9 metres to provide additional sealed pavement width for vehicles. Sealing of widening shoulders to provide for a 9 metre wide seal width.
Muttama Road (Rural Road, Brawlin Area) - 111929-20NSW-RTR
Existing sealed surface is in poor condition with pavement fails in number of spots and has been subject of high yearly maintenance costs. Narrow culverts and poor drainage to be improved.Lime Stabilise existing subbase and overlay with gravel to strengthen the road. Old drainage pipes across the road will be replaced by box culvert to improve the drainage and safety of vehicle run off from the road.Total cost of proposed project is $401,605
Link Road, St Ives - 111950-20NSW-RTR
Section of the road is in a poor condition with several crocodile cracking, rutting and high roughness causing safety concerns to the road users. Council have received several request to improve the road and details investigation confirmed that pavement structure is required significant improvement to meet the level of service for the community.Reconstruct the pavement structure between Mona Vale Road and Stanley Street. Excavate total of 190mm thick of existing pavement and reconstruct with 140mm of AC28 and 50mm of AC14 as wearing course. Project includes reinstatement to the existing line marking and Road Pavement Markings as part of the reconstruction works.
Langham Place, Port Adelaide - 111947-20SA-RTR
Severe water ponding due to kerb and gutter undulation. Crocodile and longitudinal cracking of asphalt surface due to pavement failure.Reconstruction and reseal of road. With new kerb and gutter, granular pavement reconstruction and reseal of asphalt.
Kununoppin-Mukinbudin Road (Rural Road) - 111949-20WA-RTR
A narrow corner and intersection with a hazardous uneven running surface.Widen the Kununoppin-Mukinbudin Road to a width of 8.0 meters with a 1.0 meter gravel shoulders. Installs signs and delineation and pavement markings. Reconstruct the intersection with Barbalin-Koonkoobing RoadTotal cost of proposed project is $178,258
Springdale road, Killara - 111951-20NSW-RTR
Section of the road is in a poor condition with several crocodile cracking, rutting and high roughness causing safety concerns to the road users. Council have received several request to improve the road and details investigation confirmed that pavement structure is required significant improvement to meet the level of service for the community.Reconstruct the pavement structure between Stanhope Road and Rosebery Road. Excavate total of 150mm thick of existing pavement and reconstruct with 100mm of AC28 and 50mm of AC14 as wearing course. Project includes reinstatement to the existing line marking and Road Pavement Markings as part of the reconstruction works.Total cost of proposed project is $620,000
Neilrex Road (rural road) - 111948-20NSW-RTR
The road surface is deformed and rutted due the road pavement not being strong enough for heavy vehicles.Overlay the existing surface with 100mm compacted road based and bitumen seal to a width of 6 metres.Total cost of proposed project is $166,572
