Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Pattersons Road (Rural Road) - 129744-24NSW-RTR
Patterson's Road is a curved, narrow road on a floodplain a combination of poor alignment, flooding and the road environment (trees, hill crests etc.) poses significant safety risks. Pavement damage including shoves, bleeding and potholes add to the safety concerns in this location. The project rectifies these issues.Two Stages of works including 24-25 financial year totalling 1.7 km of works and 25-26 financial year totalling 0.85 km of works. The project includes widening to 7 m seal minimum, reshaping table drain, traffic control, lime stabilization of sub-base to a depth of 250 mm, addition of 120 mm of thick base layer comprising of DGS/DGB material and a 14 mm/7 mm double coat sealed wearing course.

Poor condition of road due to failure of the pavement causing extensive cracking, shoving and deformed surface.Rehabilitate the existing road, 9.0 metre wide gravel pavement with 8.0 metre wide bitumen seal.

Ocean Street (Sinclair) - 053498-14WA-RTR
The road surface is nearing the end of its useful life, with cracking and minor potholes starting to appear.Overlay with 25mm asphalt

Twentythird Street, Renmark - 129119-24SA-RTR
This road has reached the end of its useful life and requires resealing.Resealing 818 metres of Twentythird Street, Renmark from Kulnine Street to Running Road Distance 1375 in accordance with an appropriate seal design.
Port Sorell Main Road, Port Sorell - 129717-24TAS-RTR
Lack of pavement edge support, pedestrian facilities, drainage and poor alignmentImprove approach alignment, install kerb and channel, improve drainage and construct footpaths. Project is part funded by Latrobe Council.Total cost of proposed project is $210,000
