Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Road surface has become worn, slipering and dangerous for general public.Resealling with a 7mm and 14mm two coat seal. As this project is not fully funded by Road to Recovery so remaining Project cost will be funded by Council.Total cost of proposed project is $200,000

Road surface has worn, slippery and dangerous of the public.Resealing with a 7mm and 14mm reaseal.
Dolerite Crescent, Arthurs Lake - 133798-25TAS-RTR
Road surface has become worn, slipery and dangerous for the public.Reseal 7 mm and 14 mm two coat seal.
Pelham Road-Pelham - 133799-25TAS-RTR
Road surface has become worn,slippery and dangerous for the public.Reseal with a 7mm and 14mm.
Bundaroo Street, Bowral - 133847-25NSW-RTR
The road surface is in deteriorated state due to age and environmental impacts. The road surface contains surface deformation, rutting, crocodile cracks and potholes.Necessary surface corrections are to be made. The existing asphalt surface is to be removed and disposed to a designated location as instructed by engineers. The surface is to be compacted and apply prime seal prior to laying asphalt. Apply 50 mm of AC 14 on the compacted surface. Reinstate existing line marking.

The current road seal is poor and stripping and cracking badly.Reseal 1.621km of road to current standards.

The current road seal is poor and stripping and cracking badly.Reseal 0.586 km of road to current standards.
Brittain Road, Kadina - 133864-25SA-RTR
Brittain Road has had a long history of stormwater issues. It is the lowest lying road in the area. Council wish to kerb and seal the road to fix stormwater issues on the road.Copper Coast Council wish to install new stormwater infrastructure to the northern side of the road in addition to kerbing and sealing the road. This will allow for greater stormwater control on the road and mitigate flooding risk for residents. Council are seeking $281,895.44 from the R2R program and the remaining funding of $320,000 will be sourced from Council's budget (funds available now).Total cost of proposed project is $601,896
Okano Street, Moura - 053632-14QLD-RTR
Requiring an upgrade and improvement of the road condition due to the current pavement is breaking up and needs strengthing due to the heavy vehicle use (area is industrial) and requires better access to residences and businesses in the area.Upgrade by pavement rehabilitation and asphalt to repair and strengthen damaged road surface and improve access to businesses etc.
