Hindmarsh Road, Murray Bridge - 138847-26SA-RTR
The proposed works include reconstructing 1.5 km of Hindmarsh Road to address accelerated pavement deterioration caused by increasing traffic volumes and freight movements. The pavement will be rebuilt to Austroads standards, providing an appropriate level of service for a primary Over-Dimensional (OD) route and principal cycle route. The upgrade will improve safety, enhance network resilience, and ensure this key transport corridor is ready to support Murray Bridge's future growth.
Buchanan Street, Townsville - 138916-26QLD-RTR
The existing asphalt surface has reached the end of its service life, and some sections are significantly crocodile cracked with breakouts and pothole repairs. Isolated portions of kerb and channel are in poor condition resulting in pavement defects. Undertake full mill and replace of the existing asphalt surfacing and replace isolated sections of kerb and channel.
First Avenue, Townsville - 138917-26QLD-RTR
The existing surface is very aged with large areas of fatigue cracking, potholing, patches and areas of ponding on the pavement. The kerb and channel displays a number of defects including ponding, vertical deviation, rotation and cracking. Undertake full mill and replace of the existing asphalt surface including the road shoulder and full replacement of kerb and channel on both sides.
Dalrymple Road, Mount Direction - 138831-26TAS-RTR
This project will address safety and infrastructure deficiencies along the northern section of Dalrymple Road, from Chainage 6000 to approximately Chainage 7250. Chainages are measured from the intersection of Bridport Main Road and Dalrymple Road. The existing road has insufficient width, a weak pavement structure, surface deformation and inadequate drainage, creating safety risks for all road users. The project includes the reconstruction and upgrade of approximately 1.2 km of Dalrymple Road, comprising road widening, pavement improvements, drainage works, sealing, line marking and associated civil works. This project is not co-funded.
Pimbaacla Road, Miltaburra - 138209-26SA-RTR
Re-sheeting 1km, constructed depth 110mm
Rhyll Newhaven Rd, Rhyll - 137857-26VIC-RTR
Road condition assessments on this stretch of road have determined that the based on the current condition of the road (cracking, potholes and shoving) requires renewal to return the asset to a serviceable condition. Scope of work includes pavement stabilisation and sealing on this segment of the road.
Healeys Road, Marlo - 138789-26VIC-RTR
Replace damaged timber bridge with a steel and concrete bridge.
Youarang Road, Boosey - 138886-26VIC-RTR
This section of road has lost its shape, becoming hollow and holding water in the wet weather, making it difficult for safe vehicle access. This section of unsealed road will be re-sheeted with up to 125 mm of crushed rock to improve the safety for users of the road.
Settlement Boundary Road, Waaia - 138872-26VIC-RTR
This section of road has lost its shape, becoming hollow and holding water in the wet weather, making it difficult for safe vehicle access. This section of unsealed road will be re-sheeted with up to 125 mm of crushed rock to improve the safety for users of the road.
