Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

SR185 Yelkin Road (Rural Road) - 138930-26NSW-RTR
The average road width at this location is 4.5m to 5m, which is quite narrow for two-way traffic. 2km section of the road will be widened to 10m formation and 7.5 m seal area and the entire area will be resurfaced.
SR5 Lansdale Road, (Rural Road) - 138932-26NSW-RTR
The average road width at this location is 4.5m to 5m, which is quite narrow for two-way traffic. 2km to 2.4km section of the road will be widened to 7.5 metres, and the entire area will be resurfaced.
Warrego Highway - Chinchilla Rail Crossing Upgrade
One of 20 projects delivered as part of the Australian Government's $508 million commitment to the Warrego Highway Upgrade Program. The project upgraded the existing Warrego Highway rail open level crossing at Chinchilla, including an upgrade to intersections to allow for safer traffic movements, including the upgrade of existing rail crossing warning signs and the installation of railway boom gates.
Orrs Road, Lucknow - 138934-26VIC-RTR
The current condition of the seal is very poor. To reinstate impervious membrane and skid resistance wearing course, reinstate line marking to improve safety.
Lake Gregory Road (Rural Road) - 138866-26WA-RTR
The unsealed road formation is losing shape and gravel sheeting is worn and thinning in various locations. Roadside drainage lacks sufficient capacity for the road environment. Reform and re-sheet the unsealed road formation, renew and upgrade the existing roadside drainage including offshoot drains, table drains and unsealed floodways. The project will be partly funded by Remote Access Road funding administered by Main Roads WA.
Tanami Road (Rural Road) - 138857-26WA-RTR
The unsealed road formation is losing shape and gravel sheeting is worn and thinning in various locations. Roadside drainage lacks sufficient capacity for the road environment. Reform and re-sheet the unsealed road formation, renew and upgrade the existing roadside drainage including offshoot drains, table drains and unsealed floodways. The project will be partly funded by Remote Access Road funding administered by Main Roads WA.
Jarrah Road, Manjimup - 138818-26WA-RTR
To remove pavement deformities that are showing on the existing very old asphalt surface, profile the existing asphalt surface to allow a new asphalt overlay whilst maintaining the current finished road height at the kerbs.
Duncan Road (Rural Road) - 138853-26WA-RTR
The unsealed road formation is losing shape and gravel sheeting is worn and thinning in various locations. Roadside drainage lacks sufficient capacity for the road environment. Reform and re-sheet the unsealed road formation, renew and upgrade the existing roadside drainage including offshoot drains, table drains and unsealed floodways. The project will be partly funded by Road Project Grant funding administered by Main Roads WA.
Graphite Road, Manjimup - 138816-26WA-RTR
The existing road has longitudinal deformations in which potholes regularly form and the width of the road does not conform with the Shire's policy 9.1.14 Road Hierarchy that details a district distributor road (sealed) best practice lane width of greater than 3.25 m plus a sealed shoulder. To achieve this the existing road will be ripped and a subgrade formation provided to allow a new pavement width of 9 m to support a sealed width of 8 m. Using imported gravel to form the pavement to the correct heights and geometry a primer seal and asphalt wearing course will be placed followed by centre and edge line marking, signs and guideposts as appropriate. The project will be jointly funded by: Regional Road Group $500,000 Roads to Recovery $200,000 Shire of Manjimup $50,000

Full width Rehab 0.17km-0.18km and shoulder Rehab 0.87km-1.22km.
