Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Curtis Road, Kingaroy - 138862-26QLD-RTR
Aged road surface showing signs of potholes and surface cracking, with likelihood of further failure if not addressed. Council proposes to repair and reseal the road, including digouts, emulsion seal, patching, bitumen hot seal, and linemarking where required.
Old Esk North Road, South East Nanango - 138855-26QLD-RTR
Old Esk North Road is a remote road that is showing damage along a significant portion, requiring repairs and reseal to reduce risk of further failure. Proposed works include digout of failed pavements and emulsion seal, patching potholes, bitumen hot seal, and linemarking where required.
Crownthorpe Road, Crownthorpe - 138827-26QLD-RTR
Road is showing signs of potholes, surface cracking, and oxidised bitumen. Council will digout failed pavements, emulsion seal, patch potholes, apply bitumen hot seal, and refresh linemarking where required to extend asset life.
Bramston Street, Wondai - 138832-26QLD-RTR
The proposed project will undertake digouts, emulsion seal, patching potholes, bitumen hot seal, and to repair damage to the road, including potholes and surface cracking.
Kangaroo Yard Road, Wheatlands - 138849-26QLD-RTR
Council proposes to repair potholes, cracking, and damaged bitumen along road to minimise risk of further failure. Works will include digout of failed pavements and emulsion seal, patching potholes, bitumen hot seal, and linemarking, to make road safer for users.
Warrego Highway - Dalby Western Access Upgrade Stage 1 (Condamine St to Watt St)
This is one of the 20 projects being delivered as part of the Australian Government's $508 million commitment to the Warrego Highway Upgrade Program. The project involved duplication of 3.5km section from two to four lanes between the Moonie Highway intersection and the Condamine St and Watt St intersection in Dalby. The project scope comprises safety works and intersection upgrades including signalisation of the Dalby-Jandawae Road and the Black St intersection, as well as pavement strenghtening.
Alford Street, Kingaroy - 138830-26QLD-RTR
Potholes, surface cracking, and damaged bitumen are evident on Alford Street, which is a central street in Kingaroy. To prevent further failure, Council will digout failed pavements, emulsion seal, asphalt where required, patch potholes, apply bitumen hot seal, and refresh linemarking.
Bowman Road, Blackbutt - 138821-26QLD-RTR
Bowman Road is showing signs of potholes, surface cracking, and oxidised bitumen, with risk of further failure if not addressed now. The proposed works include digout of failed pavements and emulsion seal, patching potholes, bitumen hot seal, and linemarking where required.
Pine Street, Blackbutt - 138953-26QLD-RTR
The road surface is ageing and poses a risk of significant further damage if not repaired. The proposed works will repair and reseal the road to extend the life of the asset by 5-10 years.
Izzards Road, South Nanango - 138839-26QLD-RTR
Councill will repair and reseal road to address existing damage, such as cracking and potholes, and reduce risk of further failure.
