Willemunup Road (Rural Road) - 138038-26WA-RTR
The proposed works involve gravel re-sheeting of Willemenup Road from SLK 0.04 to SLK 1.88 (1.84 km), including preparation of the existing formation, reshaping to a typical 4% crossfall, and reinstatement of table drains and culverts to ensure effective drainage. Works will involve scarifying the existing surface, then supplying, placing, and compacting new gravel (sourced from Shire-nominated pits within a 25km lead) to achieve a 100mm compacted thickness, graded to a smooth, trafficable finish. The works aim to restore pavement condition, improve safety and trafficability, and form part of the Shire's ongoing road asset renewal program.
