Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Doncaster Drive, Cowra - 059006-15NSW-RTR

Inadequate formation width and poor structural strength of existing pavement.Traffic and Safety Issues arising from narrow sealed pavement width.Widen the pavement, overlay pavement with an additional 100mm of gravel and seal to provide an 8m wide sealed road.

Coongbar Road (Rural Road) - 059008-15NSW-RTR

Gravel contaminated with naturally occurring asbestos has been used on the unsealed road. Council has determined to seal the road for safety reasons.The proposed work will prepare the existing gravel surface, including up to 100 mm overlay with gravel, and seal the road to 5.5 metres wide for 600 metres length.

Breadalbane Road (Rural Road) - 059009-15NSW-RTR

Problems being addressed is the poor roadside drainage and rutting and shifting of the road surface and which contributes to the poor wearing surface.Works proposed to be undertaken for this project is to rehabilitate 1.0km of the road. This will involve drainage improvements and importing, spreading, shaping and compacting gravel and applying a bituminous seal to the newly rehabilitated road pavement.
