Project description

Significant crocodile cracking. Various potholes. Road surface is ravelling and stones dislodged. Edge of the surface is cracking and breaking away in section (adjacent stone kerb and gutter)

Edge plane on both sides of road 300-500mm Profile between 30mm-50mm of the entire road. Preparation for surface overlay. Application of new asphalt surface. 10.5m x 130m Area = 1365m2

Total cost of proposed project is $54,500

Elliston Stock Route (Rural Road) - 060135-15SA-RTR

There is lack of good rubble on the running surface. Wear rate is high due to traffic volume. The surface is very rough and potholed. Drains are not functioning properly and this is impacting on all weather access to the road.Recreate base with introduced crushed limestone rubble. Trees will be trimmed and drainage created where required. Road will be sealed using 14/7 millimetre treatment with a C170 binder.Total cost of proposed project is $683,456
