Project description

Midland Road is experiencing significant traffic growth due to continuing development and urbanization in Hazelmere. The increasing traffic (both light and heavy vehicles) requires the road to be upgraded from the current rural standard to an urban standard in order to meet current and future demand.

Upgrade Midland Road to current urban standard. This includes widening of the road, as well as ancillary works to support the upgraded road (i.e. drainage, kerbing, footpaths and street light relocation).

Total cost of proposed project is $3,500,000
