The existing road surface, kerbing, footpaths, and certain drainage elements including on-street parking infrastructure have reached the end of their service life and require replacement to maintain safety and functionality. The proposed works include the replacement of existing kerbing and footpaths, along with the installation of pram ramps to improve accessibility. Selected drainage pits and lids will also be replaced. The existing asphalt road surface will be milled and resurfaced. Additionally, a mini roundabout will be constructed at the intersection of Pace Road and Harley Way to improve traffic flow and safety.
Supplementary funding for this project will be sourced from the City of Kwinana’s municipal funds.
