Hempel Road (Rural Road) - 132282-25SA-RTR
Hemple Road is a rural connector in the Greenock area, providing access to agricultural properties and acting as an unsealed tourism link between the locality of Daveyston and the renowned Seppeltsfield Road precinct. The road currently presents with a high amount of corrugations during prolonged dry periods and is now deemed to be at the end of its useful life. Regular patching and maintenance have become increasingly ineffective and unsustainable. Road will be re-sheeted and constructed using a suitable quarry material that will provide a higher level of rideability and decreases maintenance intervals.
John Eden Road (Rural Road) - 132283-25SA-RTR
John Eden Road is a critical freight access route within the locality of Shea-Oak Log, providing direct heavy vehicle access to Tremlett Grain and Fertiliser and surrounding agricultural enterprises. The road plays a key role in supporting the movement of grain, fertiliser, and farm machinery within this productive agricultural region. Due to age, increasing heavy vehicle traffic, and limited structural resilience, the road is now considered to be at the end of its useful life. Surface failure, edge break, and drainage issues have resulted in reduced safety and increasing maintenance requirements.Road will be re-sheeted and constructed using a suitable quarry material that will provide a higher level of rideability and decreases maintenance intervals.

Aged and poor condition of road surfaceThis section of road surface will be removed and resealed
Cable Beach Road East, Djugun - 131744-24WA-RTR
This section of roadway presents road safety and congestion issues during conflicting vehicle movements through this area at peak times. There are also several conflict points between pedestrians and vehicles that should be improved. It is proposed to install modified intersection arrangements that will reduce the conflicting vehicle movements. New infrastructure shall also be installed to improve flow of pedestrian movements and address safety concerns. Existing pavement issues shall be addressed where appropriate during the works. Lighting upgrades shall also be undertaken to improve public and road safety.
Malpas Road, Tatachilla - 132328-25SA-RTR

Morcom Street, Calliope - 131732-24QLD-RTR
The road is continually potholing and requires constant repairs. Completing these works will reduce water ingress into the pavement, which will reduce the damage to the structural integrity of the pavement. This in turn, will improve the life of the asset.Stabilisation of base layers, widen road within the rehabilitation section to meet current hierarchy requirements, seal with a two-coat seal and seal the remainder of the road (section/s that don’t require stabilisation).
Old Broome Road, Broome - 131743-24WA-RTR
Old Broome Road is a Local Distributor which forms the primary route into the town centre from the north. The road carries a significant volumes of local and tourist traffic. The Shire plans to undertake pavement rehabilitation and upgrades to ensure more continuous flow of vehicles and pedestrian traffic at peak times, while improving amenity, drainage, lighting and safety. The three key project goals are: 1. Rehabilitate existing deteriorating pavement and wearing course and replace old safety barriers and bridge rails. 2. Upgrade Sandpiper intersection to include additional southbound lane to improve flow of traffic at peak times. 3. Install new shared path.
