Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Drualla Road, Jamberoo - 063453-16NSW-RTR
Existing wearing surface is cracked and potholed. Some heavy patching of pavement required.Replace existing wearing surface with 30mm of new asphalt. Undertake deep lift heavy patching of pavement where required.
Minnel Road (Rural Road) - 063487-16QLD-RTR
Traffic safety issue arising from insufficient seal width causing vehicles to drop onto shoulders on corners and when interacting with other traffic.Widening pavement from 7 metres to 8 metres and seal from 4 metres to 6 metres.Total cost of proposed project is $165,701
Floriedale Road, Greenacres - 063511-16SA-RTR
Severe road surface undlulation, pavement and asphalt failure, kerb damage.Excavate and replace existing kerb, reshape road pavement and relay new asphalt treatment
Forest Street, Nannup - 063517-16WA-RTR
The gravel shoulders are slippery for pedestrians and vehicles.Install drainage and kerbing
North Street (Nannup Town Road) - 063518-16WA-RTR
Water inundation of properties on west side of roadInstall drainage and kerbs.
Beerburrum Street - 063526-16QLD-RTR
The proposed section has the following defects: Old, oxidised and brittle asphalt surface, extensive cracking across the entire surface; rutting and depressions in pavement structure. There are major failures and patches in the road.The proposed treatment consists of full depth asphalt pavement or in situ stabilisation of existing pavement and new asphalt surfacing including improvements to subsurface drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $839,293
Beerwah Street - 063529-16QLD-RTR
The proposed section has the following defects: significant crocodile cracking, large depressions, patches. The existing surface is old and oxidised. There are moderate failures in both the surface and pavement structure.The proposed treatment consists of full depth asphalt pavement or in situ stabilisation of existing pavement and new asphalt surfacing including improvements to subsurface drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $90,484
Bunya Road - 063537-16QLD-RTR
The proposed section has the following defects: major shoving and cracking withon the shoulders of the road, extensive patching and potholes along the length of the road, old, oxidised surface. Both the pavement structure and surface have major failures.Pavement rehabilitation consisting of in situ stabilisation of the existing pavement materials, with a new sprayed seal surfacing.Total cost of proposed project is $391,471
Dyer Street - 063548-16QLD-RTR
The proposed section has the following defects: significant crocodile cracking, large depressions, potholes. The existing asphalt surface is old and oxidised. There are moderate failures in both the surface and pavement structure.Pavement rehabilitation consisting in-situ stabilisation of the existing pavement and a new asphalt wearing surface using 50mm thick size 14mm dense graded asphalt.Total cost of proposed project is $238,144
Parklands Boulevard - 063567-16QLD-RTR
The proposed section has the following defects: significant crocodile cracking, large depressions, potholes. The existing asphalt surface is old and oxidised. There are moderate failures in both the surface and pavement structure.Pavement rehabilition consisting of in situ stabilising the existing pavement or a full depth reconstruction of the road pavement. Either treatments has a size 14mm 50mm thick dense graded asphalt surface.Total cost of proposed project is $348,496
