Gundaroo Drive Duplication
The project will deliver a dual carriageway on Gundaroo Drive between Ginninderra Drive and the Barton Highway. It will also include intersection upgrades at Dumas Street, Owen Dixon Drive and Chuculba Crescent.
Gympie Arterial Road (Strathpine Interchange)
The project upgraded the interchange at Strathpine Road and Gympie Arterial Road in Bald Hills, approximately 16 kilometres north of Brisbane. The design uses a diverging diamond interchange that will cross traffic into contra-flow conditions to create free flow turns on all movements.
Rural Roads Package - Bratten Bridge
This project will upgrade the Bratten Bridge.
Albany Ring Road
The Albany Ring Road is a proposed heavy haulage route around the City of Albany that will allow large freight trucks to bypass local traffic to and from the Port of Albany. The Albany Ring Road will link the existing major arterial main roads and highways radiating from Albany, and provide improved access to the Mirambeena Industrial Estate. The location of the Port of Albany, adjacent to the Central Business District, presents a challenge in the facilitation of freight movement. Freight traffic is constrained by ‘stop-start’ traffic resulting from a number of level crossings and roundabouts on the main freight routes through Albany. The project will construct the remaining stages of the Albany Ring Road: Phase One - connects Albany Highway to Lancaster Road Phase Two - links the Ring Road from Lancaster Road to Princess Royal Drive
Mount Lindesay Highway - Stoney Camp Road to Chambers Flat Road
This project upgraded the two-lane, two-way rural road carriageway of the Mount Lindesay Highway between Stoney Camp Road and Chambers Flat Road in Munruben. The works included: Provision of a four-lane dual carriageway from the north past the Stoney Camp Road interchange, down to the Chambers Flat Road interchange Minor ramp upgrades at Stoney Camp and Chambers Flat Interchanges Rehabilitation of the existing two lanes to form the southbound dual lanes Construction of new northbound and southbound bridges over Norris Creek Installation of noise and safety barriers Pavement rehabilitation on the retained existing carriageway
Gundowring Road (Rural Road ) - 052713-14VIC-RTR
The existing bitumen is deteriorating resulting in cracking, potholing, and also a smooth slippery surface.Bitumen resealing of surface for a combined total length of 2,088 metres.
Rural Roads Package - Safety Package
This package of works will target critical areas of the rural South Australian road transport network to include improved pavement conditions, installation of overtaking lanes, improved access, shoulder sealing and upgrades to road junctions.
Barbour Road - Norris Road, Bracken Ridge
This project will upgrade the roundabout at the intersection of Barbour Road and Norris Road to a signalised intersection with controlled crossings for pedestrians and cyclists. Associated works include relocation of public transport facilities and related pedestrian pathways.
Norris Road, Bracken Ridge
This project upgraded Norris Road in Bracken Ridge. The road is a key link for connecting Bracken Ridge residents to the Gympie Arterial Road corridor, the local primary school, TAFE and local shops. The project upgraded priority sections of the road and included pavement widening and safety improvements. This project complements other projects in the Bracken Ridge area.
Hoyland Street, Bracken Ridge
This project will provide four lanes along the existing two-lane section of Hoyland Street and provide two phase traffic signal protection for active transport users at the Kluver Street/Hoyland Street intersection and the Hoyland Street (east)/Hoyland Street (south) intersection.
