Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

various gravel flood ways and the intersection of Adavale-Charleville Road with the Adavale-Cheepie Road unravel quickly after grading work. It is proposed to bitumen seal these locations to ensure a better road for road users.Bitumen sealing at the locations listed
Billybingbone Road, Gongolgon - 120360-22NSW-RTR
Road Safety- the road is due for re-sheeting and has dangerous potholes and boggy sections causing the road to be impassable in wet weather.re-sheet 150mm thick x 7meters wide of gravel for a length of 10kms. Form the existing road way and dump and spread compact gravel to improve existing conditions.
Vernon Street, Scotts Head - 120304-22NSW-RTR
The sealed road is subject to wear from local traffic and the pavement is aging with undulations and significant cracking. There is continuous demand to repair the damaged areas. The road is currently in poor condition and is scheduled for renewal in Council’s Asset Management Plan.Sealed road rehabilitation. The rehabilitated pavement will have a new 2 Coat Seal applied.
Wallace Street. Macksville - 120305-22NSW-RTR
This section of Wallace Street is part of Macksville’s CBD Area and is subject to large amounts of traffic and pedestrians. The road pavement is aged and is undulating under traffic loads.Rehabilitate the segment of Wallace Street between Cooper Street to a new segment just west of Princess Street, Macksville. The length is 0.16km. The rehabilitated pavement will have a new asphalt surface applied.Total cost of proposed project is $901,756
O’Dells Road, Donnellyville - 120330-22NSW-RTR
The sealed road is subject to wear from local traffic and heavy vehicles associated with nearby primary producers. There is continuous demand to repair the damaged areas. The road is currently in poor condition after recent heavy vehicle movements and as a result is scheduled for renewal in Council’s Asset Management Plan. The rehabilitated pavement will have a new 2 Coat Seal applied.Sealed road rehabilitation.
Albert Drive, Donnellyville - 120331-22NSW-RTR

Almond Road (Leeton) - 120308-22NSW-RTR
Asset Maintenance and ride quality are the two main contributing factors for the inclusion of this road into the R2R program. The existing pavement is in poor condition and has been widened in several increments over many years, this creates continuous need of maintenance repairs. The ride quality of the surface is also quite low.Works will include a gravel overlay and insitu mixing with stabilant through this entire section of road, works will be completed with a 2 coat bitumen seal to existing width with superelevation rectification works on the bend close to Lansdowne Road.Total cost of proposed project is $213,630
