Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Elvira Street, PALMYRA, WA - 065125-16WA-RTR
Road beginning to fail in various sections. Road surface is old and rough and needs resurfacing.Rehabilitation of select number of sites along the road that are currently failing. The works is to be undertaken as part of a more general upgrade that will include a complete resurfacing of the road, verge kerb replacement were required and pram ramp upgrade.
Rodeo Drive, Lake Cargelligo - 065126-16NSW-RTR
Part of heavy vehicle bypass around town centre but is narrow and bumpy, with edges breaking up and generation of dust in an urban area. Also need to encourage more heavy vehicles to avoid the central business district and residential areas by upgrading a bypass through industrial areas.Reconstruct and widen the streets and included intersections, increase pavement depth and finish with a spray seal or hot mix asphalt.
Yambora Road (Rural road) - 065131-16NSW-RTR
Unsealed pavement is worn down and becoming rutted and slippery when wet.Gravel resheet the various worst segments by placing a new layer of gravel along the affected segments, including reforming the road profile to shed water and clean out surface drainage. Add a stabilising agent if appropriate to the material. The worst segments will be in between other segments that still have some gravel from an old Roads to Recovery project.
Platina Road (Rural road) - 065132-16NSW-RTR
Narrow seal with narrow and steep shoulders, shoulder wear, soft shoulders, edge drop, edge breakReshape shoulders to improve cross fall, widen and resheet with fresh gravel to match level of bitumen surface. Reshape surface drainage to reduce scouring and silting.Total cost of proposed project is $239,519
Lansdale Road (Rural road) - 065133-16NSW-RTR
Unsealed road gravel pavement is worn down and becoming rutted and slippery when wet. Wear has been accelerated since the last major resheet in 2010 by increased number of heavy vehicles, including some from mining operations.Gravel resheet by placing a new layer of gravel along the worst affected road segments, and patch gravel smaller bare spots. Includes reforming the road profile to shed water and clean out surface drainage. Add a stabilising agent if appropriate to the material.
Sandy Camp Road (Rural road) - 065134-16NSW-RTR
Unsealed road gravel pavement is worn down and becoming rutted, boggy and slippery when wet. The soft patches are expanding with a succession of wet weather making vehicle access difficult.Gravel resheet by placing a new layer of gravel along the worst affected road segments, and patch gravel smaller bare spots. Includes reforming the road profile to shed water and clean out surface drainage. Add a stabilising agent if appropriate to the material. Likely to expand scope with increasing damage.
Barnbougle Road, (Rural Road) - 065135-16TAS-RTR
Gravel surface has degraded due to weather and traffic movementsAdd a layer of surface gravel 4.5 kilometres south east of Boddington Road intersection 5.0 metres wide
Jensens Road, (Rural Road) - 065136-16TAS-RTR

Golconda Road, (Rural Road) - 065137-16TAS-RTR

Coffey Road, (Rural Road) - 065138-16TAS-RTR
The current timber bridge has reached the end of it's useful life due to beam decayReplace the existing timber structure with a single lane concrete structure on the same alignment Length 10.0 metres width 5.0 metres
