Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

Surf Street, Parkdale - 066491-16VIC-RTR
Flexible road pavement is in poor condition and has failed for approximately 60% of the roads length; it has extensive cracking rutting and heaving failures. Kerb & channel is greater than 75% disjointed and requires replacing. Drainage improvements and traffic management works will be incorporated into this project.Works involve the construction of 30 metres road length of raised kerb and channel and asphalt resheeting of pavement and 90 metres of road length of pavement reconstruction including footpath and vehicle crossing reconstruction and new drainage pipes and pit and naturestrip reinstatement. The works consist of approximately: • 1754m² of excavation for road pavement reconstruction • 210 m² of 75mm depth concrete footpaths • 252m of concrete kerb & channel • 595m² Asphalt pavement • 788m² Asphalt wearing course over reconstruction and resheeted areas. • 325 m² reinstatement of nature strips • 47m of 450mm dia concrete drainage pipe • 85m of 225mm dia concrete drainage • 252m of 100mm dia flexible AG pipe • drainage pits, • Associated worksTotal cost of proposed project is $93,857

Road alignment and superelevation on the Telstra Corner is causing vehicles vehicles travelling south to the Robinson River Community to veer of the road.Realign road and widen with correct superelevation from chainage 30 kilometers m to chainage 31kilometers ..
