Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

North Street, Grafton - 066809-16NSW-RTR
The road surface has commenced cracking and the old seal has oxidised due to age. The road surface requires resealing to continue protecting the pavement.The proposed work will reseal 1,055 metres of North Street an average of 7.4 metres wide.
Kirchner Street, Grafton - 066811-16NSW-RTR
The road surface has commenced cracking and the old seal has oxidised due to age. The road surface requires resealing to continue protecting the pavement.The proposed work will reseal 480 metres of Kirchner Street an average of 5.1 metres wide.
Fanning Avenue, Grafton - 066813-16NSW-RTR
The road surface has commenced cracking and the old seal has oxidised due to age. The road surface requires resealing to continue protecting the pavement.The proposed work will reseal 410 metres of Fanning Avenue an average of 5.0 metres wide.
Duke Street, Grafton - 066814-16NSW-RTR
The road surface has commenced cracking and the old seal has oxidised due to age. The road surface requires resealing to continue protecting the pavement.The proposed work will reseal 375 metres of Duke Street an average of 10.75 metres wide.
Kittel Street, Port Augusta - 066816-16SA-RTR
Existing unmade track on Road Reserve requires upgrading due to increased traffic and housing in the areaDesign formation of 10m with 100mm Crushed Concrete and 100mm Limestone Base-course constructionTotal cost of proposed project is $200,000
Davistown Road, Saratoga - 066817-16NSW-RTR
This part of Davistown Road is narrow and poorly aligned for a main access route with high traffic volumes. There is little formal drainage and no footpath, creating safety a hazard for pedestrians.The road is to be widened to average 9.0 metres over a distance of 270 metres. This will involve filling and provision of retaining walls. Work will also include footpath, kerb and gutter, drainage, utilities and property access adjustments, traffic islands, new signage. The road level will be raised in part to improve driveway access.Total cost of proposed project is $932,095
Faunce Street, West Gosford - 066818-16NSW-RTR
Increased traffic volumes due to new development and the relocation of a school to the road. Additional parking and road widening is required in order to make this part of Faunce Street safe for motorists and pedestrians.Reconstruct the road over 170 metres length and average 8.0 metres wide. Kerb and gutter both sides. Right-angle parking on the southern side. Substantial driveway adjustments and utility relocations. Retaining wall, stormwater drainage, footpath (northern side)
Woy Woy Rd - 066819-16NSW-RTR
Woy Woy Road is a main arterial link from the motorway to the Peninsula & surrounding suburbs. Increased development has seen a subsequent spike in traffic. This makes it more difficult for residents in Banyo Close and adjacent streets to access Woy Woy Road safely.Road to be widened to approximately 9.0 metres kerb to kerb over a distance of 300 metres. Work includes kerb and gutter and footpath both sides, additional stormwater drainage, utility adjustments & relocations, retaining walls and numerous driveway adjustments. The job is complicated by high traffic volumes & necessary reduced work hours.Total cost of proposed project is $810,000
Manchester Road Mooroolbark - 066820-16VIC-RTR
Improve road safety and to facilitate increased traffic flows.Reconstruction of kerb and channel, pavement works, extension of U-Turn to cater traffic needs.
Kalkarindgi Internal Road 5 (Rural Road) - 066821-16NT-RTR
Kalkarindgi Internal Road 5 the dirt/gravel roundabout adjoined to Whitlam St is due for rehabilitation repairs as it’s current state is a potential hazard for vehicle damage. The area has uneven ground and has very poor drainage so that during the wet season it is consistently muddy and difficult to enter or exit. Raising the roundabout from the centre island outward and shaping the lanes with a cross fall into drainage will improve the road and driving conditions.Roundabout on Kalkarindgi internal road 5 (off Whitlam Street) - raising the roundabout by 500mm, lane crossfall, drainage plus gravel sheet, roundabout approximately 72m of road measured from sealed section of Internal Road 5 and Whitlam StTotal cost of proposed project is $35,923
